Hey y'all, I am Kasey Wilson.
...a mom to three beautiful children and a proud wife to their daddy. And I'm sure you're wondering where Raylyn Reed came from... Well, it's a play on the middle names of my three kids - Ray, Lyn, & Reed. I guess you could say they're kinda the center of all of this. My "why".
My husband and I have settled into the big city of Rincon, Georgia where we are not only raising our children but a few pets as well. We have a Labradoodle named Harley who has been our golden child for almost 9 years. Then there's our newest addition... a little Springer Spaniel named Honey, who is really nothing more than our very own baby doll.
I live a pretty “no-frills” life and spend most of my time around my family and children. When I do find some time alone, I love being behind the wheel with the windows down and the music up. Oh! And I am likely blasting 90's Country Music with a Cherry Coke Zero in tow...preferably from Sonic. *Insert drool emoji* There's something about a road trip with Reba McEntire and a Cherry Coke... I don't know, I can't explain it. But it just hits differently.
I enjoy life’s simple things; like just hanging out with my husband around the pond, an ice cream trip with my kids, and long chats with my mama or a good friend. I am incredibly thankful to God for the people that I have in my life who have encouraged me and supported me tirelessly...in life and in my photography journey.
When I first picked up my camera in 2018, I never dreamed that someday I would be writing to you a blip about myself on my business website. Crazy how life is, huh? I mean, I have always enjoyed capturing moments of my children, mostly the candid ones... but owning Raylyn Reed Photography, I mean this has been one of the highlights of my life. I think my underlying passion for candid shots is probably why when I felt the push to pursue photography, I knew that lifestyle photography was going to be my happy place.
