Hey y’all — I’m Kasey, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a mom to three incredible kids and a wife to their amazing daddy. Photography found me back in 2018 when I just wanted to slow down time — to hold on to the ordinary days that I knew someday I’d miss. So the name Raylyn Reed is a little tribute to the three people I want to document the most— a blend of their middle names: Ray, Lyn, and Reed. They are, without a doubt, my why. They’re the reason I picked up a camera in the first place, and the reason I keep showing up with my whole heart.
In 2025, my family and I opened a little gelato shop. We built Honey’s with the same purpose that led me to photography — to create something meaningful, rooted in connection, and built with our kids in mind. It’s where we work alongside them, teach them what it looks like to serve others well, and build something we hope makes people feel seen, welcomed, and loved. Whether I’m behind the camera or behind the counter, my goal is the same: to help people slow down, soak it in, and savor the moment.
I’ve always been a journaler — the pen-to-paper kind of girl. I write about real things, ordinary things, sacred things. And for me, photography is the same. It’s a visual journal. A way to say: this happened. This mattered. Don’t forget this.
When you step in front of my camera, I hope you feel comfortable. Safe. Fully yourself. I’m not interested in stiff poses or forced smiles. I want you to see your story — the love, the connection, the in-between moments that make life so worth remembering.
So if you’re looking for someone who’s going to fix your flyaway, talk you through your nerves, and capture the beauty in exactly who you are — I’m your girl.
Let’s make some magic. Let’s tell your story.
