Thank you so much for your interest in Raylyn Reed Photography’s Senior Ambassador Program! I’m SO excited that you are here and I cannot wait to get to know you! I hope to have you as part of my spokesmodel team!
This is a highly anticipated program that only a select number of seniors are accepted into! High School Juniors applying for the spokesmodel program are chosen based on their involvement in school and community activities, as well as their overall personality and ability to represent my brand for their entire senior year! The seniors that I choose are very special and I make sure they feel celebrated the whole year!
This program is individualized to you – giving you an enhanced senior experience and unique portrait session, so it fits you the best! In addition to being featured in all of Raylyn Reed Photography’s senior advertisements, you will receive lots of benefits for referring seniors for the same experience! The information below is intended to answer all of your questions, but if any arise, please don’t hesitate to email me!
The Details
If accepted into the program, the cost is $250(+tax), which is equivalent to half the price of ONE Elite Collection Senior Portrait Session. This payment is made directly through your invoice. You will get several sessions for half the price of 1 – as always, the more available you are, and the more you advertise for RLR, the more sessions you will get! Plus, the opportunity to earn back all of your program fee, as well as a grand prize for referrals. All that you and your parents have to do is tell everyone about your experience with Raylyn Reed Photography.
Upon acceptance into the program, you will be eligible for the following incentives :
– Access to a RRP Senior Exclusive Style Guide
– One Cap & Gown Session in the Spring of 2023.
– One Complimentary Mini Session in the Fall/Winter of 2022.
– The Elite Collection Senior Portrait Session will include 90+ minutes of shooting, and 2-3 outfit changes with a fully edited gallery of the 50+ beautiful high-resolution images from the shoot. This session is completely personalized and at the location of your choice!
– The opportunity to earn back the cost of your session. For every referral, the senior representative receives, a $25.00 credit will be granted. A referral is defined as an Elite Collection Senior Portrait Session, booked with a retainer fee. Any other sessions, besides full senior sessions, will not count towards credit returned. All credits will be distributed in the form of a Visa/Mastercard Gift Card (not to exceed $250) in the Spring of 2023.
– The opportunity to model for Raylyn Reed Photography as needed throughout the year – as well as receive additional images from these shoots.
– The opportunity to win a $250 gift card for having the most referrals. One spokesmodel with the most referrals by March. 1, 2023 will win a $250 gift card in addition to any referral credits given.
– Raylyn Reed Photography SWAG.
– And above all, an ULTIMATE senior portrait experience!
Requirements of the Spokesmodel and their parents :
– Must be a 2022 Junior, registered to graduate in Spring of 2023.
– You must live in Rincon, Georgia, or the surrounding areas.
– Pay the $250(+tax) payment to participate in the senior representative program in full (the only cost associated with the program, which you have the opportunity to earn back.)
– Refer multiple people, including friends and family to Raylyn Reed Photography.
– Publish behind-the-scenes shots and social media sneak peeks on all social media outlets the senior has a profile on, as references in the initial questionnaire, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. These posts will include the hashtag #raylynreedphotography and #rrpseniors and will encourage friends/followers to book the Photographer. A minimum of 2-3 posts per month is asked of each Senior Ambassador.
– Use Raylyn Reed Photography as the sole photographer for the duration of their senior year, using no other professional photographer for the extent of their senior year, unless given consent by Raylyn Reed Photography in writing prior to the session.
– Actively interact with the RRP social media pages, including “following”, “liking”, or "sharing" the page and commenting on fellow senior posts.
Applications are accepted through June 1st, 2022. All accepted applicants will be notified via email on or before June 6th, 2022. Parents will be notified first.
